That Majority

She prepped herself in a long flowing dress, haltered around the neck. Choosing sandals over pumps was what she opted for to make the look more casual so that she could blend in well with the crowd she was consoling herself to be with later.

The sweltering heat was expected, though she definitely was outnumbered by the red jerseys and shirts that were clouding the atmosphere. Being in turquoise was partly showing off her rebellion of not supporting the majority (in no other situation will you ever see her supporting that majority).

It was jittery alright. The match was action-packed as expected. Ballack's header gave her the hope that Chelsea could give an unexpected twist to Manchester United's security of the title.

Much to her chagrin, groin-injured Rooney scored from a Carvalho's mistake. How stupid. So stupid. And the cheers around her, including the boyfriend's. Oh how irritating. :p

Bittersweet revenge comes in at the most unexpected moments. Carrick's handball?? Even she, the anti-Manchester-United-fan did not fathom it. But then again, it was to Chelsea's favour, what had she to complain.

It was the arrogance of those majority that pretty much could annoy anyone else on earth. Those young people, aptly known as YP, who have pledged their undying support for the football club, were definitely ignorant of an experienced German's penalty kick, what not with the taunts and such.

The goal shut them up, and the girl in the bun and flowing dress stood out even more by screaming in happiness, much to the dismay of the boyfriend beside her.

Although he was not from that majority which obviously puts arrogance as a threshold of excellence.

The loss clearly affected him.

She was sitting by the river, awaiting for his disappointed friends, when he whispered to her.

"Dear, as much as you look so sweet tonight... I still hate you."
